At Brodcastr AI, we want to partner with creators who are serious about building their business. Our goal is to provide you with the best tools and the most effective playbook in the industry.
The 7-Day "No Questions Asked" Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you decide within the first 7 days of your initial purchase that Brodcastr AI isn't the right fit for you, we will issue a full refund. No hoops, no hurdles.
To request a refund, simply email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase with your account details. We process refunds within 3–5 business days.
Please note that Brodcastr AI does not cover or refund any costs incurred by you through your use of third-party AI services (e.g. Google AI Studio, Kie AI) via your own API keys. These costs are solely your responsibility and are non-refundable by Brodcastr AI.
Transfers of ownership for Facebook Monetized Pages, once successfully completed, are non-refundable. Brodcastr AI's responsibility for the page ceases upon transfer, and no refunds will be issued for such services after completion.
After the initial 7-day period, all sales are final, and strictly no refunds will be issued. Since Brodcastr AI provides immediate access to proprietary AI tools, templates, and our monetization playbook, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your subscription will not renew.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who show a pattern of "serial refunding" (joining and refunding multiple times) or who have significantly exploited the AI generation limits before requesting a refund. We're here to support builders, not bad actors.
