• Contact details — name, email address, and password when you create an account
• Billing information — processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers
• Profile details — any information you add to your account settings

• Generated content — videos, captions, scripts, and other assets created through the platform
• Prompts and inputs — text, media, or instructions you provide to generate content
• Usage activity — features used, generation history, and interaction patterns within the platform

If you connect social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) for scheduling or publishing, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant, such as posting on your behalf or reading basic profile information. We never post without your action or authorization.

• Device and browser type, IP address, and general location (city/region level)
• Log data such as pages visited, timestamps, and referring URLs
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

Brodcastr AI operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" model for AI generation. This means:

• API keys you provide are encrypted at rest and used solely to route your generation requests directly to the relevant AI provider (e.g. OpenAI, ElevenLabs, or similar)
• We do not use your API keys for any purpose other than fulfilling the requests you initiate
• We are not a party to your agreement with the underlying AI provider; their own privacy and usage terms apply to how they process your requests
• You can revoke or replace your API keys at any time from your account settings

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Brodcastr AI platform
• To process transactions and manage your subscription or lifetime access
• To personalize your experience and improve our features
• To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support tools that help us operate the platform
• AI providers — solely to fulfill generation requests you initiate using your own BYOK credentials
• Social platforms — only when you explicitly connect an account for scheduling or publishing
• Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. Generated content and usage history are retained according to your plan's storage allowance and are deleted upon account closure, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the platform. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit platform functionality.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Export a copy of your data
• Withdraw consent or object to certain processing
• Close your account at any time from your account settings

Brodcastr AI is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of Brodcastr AI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
